Community service obligations

By agreement with ACT Government, the Public Trustee and Guardian (PTG) provides specified community services, either at no cost to the client or at a reduced fee, where the client is disadvantaged and is suffering hardship. These services are known as Community Service Obligations (CSO’s).

Workplace giving

JACS4GreaterGood is a unique workplace-giving fund, which enables staff working within the Justice and Community Safety Directorate to create a lasting legacy to their chosen charities.

Investments

The Public Trustee and Guardian operates investment common funds under section 55 of the Public Trustee and Guardian Act 1985 as an investment facility for its clients. The common funds are available only for established clients of the Public Trustee and Guardian and are not open to the general public.
